Unless otherwise requested (and paid for) we ship USPS and our shipping rates are calculated by the USPS web-site. Depending on the weight and cost of your order you will be able to choose express, priority, first class or parcel post.
Where possible we will ship with tracking. Orders for small items under $35 can be shipped first class but will not have tracking. (It is a post office thing, the shipping boxes are too small.) Chanters, pipes and bags are all shipped with tracking and insurance.
